What happens after you choose files

Conversion starts after you select files. Each item shows its own progress, so successful files stay available even if another file fails.

Retry a failed item when needed. If several retryable items remain, Continue can resume them without starting the completed files over. You can download successful results individually or together when the download-all option is available.

File limits and available usage are shown directly in the tool.

Privacy, Cloud, and file handling

Processing
Privacy processes individual HEIC/HEIF images in your browser. Cloud uploads files to Morphio for server-side processing.
Cloud retention
Files uploaded in Cloud are deleted by default after one day.
Metadata
Morphio keeps supported metadata when the output format can carry it. Some HEIC-specific data may not transfer.
ZIP files
ZIP input is available in Cloud. A ZIP download for multiple successful results is available in both Privacy and Cloud.

Usage and limits

Privacy and Cloud use the same usage balance. The converter shows the file and usage limits that apply when you use it.

If you run out of usage partway through a batch, you can continue the remaining work after more usage becomes available instead of selecting the files again.
