What you get
The HEIC to WebP converter gives you a separate WebP file for each photo. Open the results to check their appearance and file size before using them.
Information saved with your photo, such as the date taken and GPS location, is kept when supported by WebP. Some HEIC-specific information may not transfer, so keep your original photos.
When WebP is the right output
Convert your HEIC photos to WebP for a website or publishing tool that accepts WebP uploads. Check its requirements first; if it asks for JPG or PNG, use that format instead.

Choose Privacy or Cloud
Privacy is selected by default. It converts your images in your browser without uploading them.
Choose Cloud to convert images on our servers or to add ZIP files. Cloud uploads your files, and uploaded images are deleted by default after one day. Switch modes before selecting your files.
Free trial and usage limits
You can try the converter without creating an account. A free trial is available to signed-in users too.
Both modes have limits on file size, file count, and usage. After the free trial, you’ll need available points or a paid plan to keep converting.
Downloads and failed files
Download each image as soon as it’s ready—you don’t have to wait for the whole batch. If an image fails, use Retry to try it again, or Continue to retry the remaining failed conversions. You can still download the successful results.
