Yes. Guests and signed-in users can receive a free trial allowance in both modes. Check the active tool for current allowances and limits. Local Privacy conversion still uses online usage checks.

Cloud uploads images for server-side processing and deletes uploaded images by default after one day. Privacy converts images in your browser without uploading them. Both modes use the online usage system; a Private plan does not imply unlimited files or exemption from all usage checks.

At least 1 point per image is checked or reserved before ordinary conversion. Final usage depends on actual processing time, with a minimum of 1 point; additional 30-second intervals can add points. Work already started can finish even if final settlement makes the balance negative.

Use Retry for a failed item or Continue when retryable items remain. If points are insufficient, check the available plans and keep the page open. After purchase, use Continue when it is available; if a Privacy task remains stuck without that option, contact support.

Yes. Privacy keeps image processing local but still uses online usage and plan checks. Current file-count, file-size, and plan limits apply, alongside browser memory and device capacity.

No. Local Private conversion runs directly in your browser. Supported files remain on your device throughout the conversion.

Local Private and Cloud both support HEIC to JPG, PNG, WebP and PDF conversion.

No intentional stripping is applied by default. Cloud and Local Private preserve metadata supported by the target format and conversion path, although HEIC-specific information may not have an equivalent in JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF.

Pass access ends at the expiry shown for the purchase. Check the current checkout terms for included usage, access duration, and what happens to any unused points.

Cloud Pro is a recurring plan. Check the current checkout information for the points included in each billing period and the applicable reset or expiry rules.

Choose Pass when you have a one-time conversion job to finish. Choose Pro when you expect to use the same processing mode repeatedly each month.

Choose a Private plan when you prefer Privacy conversion in your browser without uploading images. Check the active tool's recommendation and checkout terms for your current access and allowance; local processing does not mean unlimited usage.
